An update from Joanne & Frank Nichols on what’s happening at The Paw while the doors remain closed.

Just a very short time ago we were conducting interviews seeking additional staff. How quickly things have changed.

As a team we’ve made the decision to close The Paw Resort by 6:30 Friday, March 20th – at least for the next few weeks. As a health-focused organization we are aligning with the practices recommended by our local pubic health departments to help keep our community safe.

To our customers, we care about you! As well, we have an extremely devoted group of people who work very hard everyday who need to stay healthy in order to look after your pets.

Toeveryone who is reading this post, we are not alarmiss, we’re realists. While this might not be the decision for every company, it’s the one where we feel we can make an impact. To fellow business owners, remember your core values during this time – this is when they matter most.

Like us try to remember the power of adaptability, stay present, be responsible, make your choice.

Please don’t worry about your pet if it is staying with us now, they will be personally cared for by Frank and Joanne. (You just might not get as many pictures!)
